ARC @ Camiguin: Day 2

Day 2 of my Camiguin trip last January!

Lovely friends waking up to a beautiful day!
Since most of the guys were the only ones who had events that day, the girls and I decided to relax and enjoy the island even though we still need more sleep.

Breakfast! As I mentioned in my post about Camiguin Highland Resort, I really love eating my breakfast in this table.

My girlfriends are always fond of taking pictures. Anywhere you go, by the time they sense that you’re about to press that shutter button, they’d always gather themselves hurriedly and smile.
Even though we wanted to sleep some more, we were reminded that lunch was to be served at Fatima College of Camiguin (FCC) so we got ready and also decided to watch the films for CineJPIA, the convention’s film festival.

Speaking of film festivals, after we got ready, we spotted Jiggy and Jian at the restaurant area. Jiggy is the lead actor for Vestige while Jian is the editor and director.

I just had to buy this year’s convention shirt. My souvenir for my first time trip in Camiguin!

Fatima College is way bigger than I imagined. And everywhere there’s trees! How I wish my uni has more greens. It just makes a big difference.

Cheering for the boys playing basketball! They won, by the way. YAY

Went to the 3rd floor of this building to watch the films. Only got to see 3 out of 4 films since we had to get back to the hotel because we were so tired from all the walking.

I’m a sleepyhead, indeed.

We decided to roam more around the hotel. Look at what we found!

PLAYGROUND!

Because being upright is too mainstream~

See me stretch.

Going to the pool area. We were like kids frolicking the area.

Going back to the room and the window was letting in beautiful light that I just had to take a photo of Irene who was on my bed.

Preparing for the final night. Theme: Masquerade!

I’m always thankful for fashion-forward friends (*ehem* Monica ehem* Alyson) for letting me borrow their clothes because they know how much I lack outfits for these kinds of occasions.

The final program started with this festive number from the locals about the legend of lanzones.

With my fellow 3VOs!
I don’t have any more photos. LOL, this last 2 photos I grabbed from Sittie’s album. The night was even better than the last one. As usual, the food’s delicious but the events were more exciting! Dance Craze and the final round for JPIAn Idol.

So let’s just end this post with a group photo because of a momentous declaration that MSU-IIT emerged as Champions for the 20th Annual Regional Convention!
